Over the years, we’ve come to really value the rare moments when life gets quiet enough to hear what’s actually going on underneath it all.
So much of everyday life is about moving forward: working, caring for people, making decisions, staying busy, keeping up. Even when things are going well, we are aware that it can be surprisingly easy to lose touch with our bodies, our intuition, and the parts of ourselves that don’t always have a voice in the middle of all that doing.
On our retreats I'm always reminded of how powerful it can be to step away from that pace for a while.
